Leadership Career Development Experience

The Leadership Career Development Experience activity was held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Hall 1 SAC, Lambung Mangkurat University. This event is part of the work program of the History Education Student Association (HIMASE) ULM to foster leadership, build a visionary mindset, and prepare ULM History Education students to face the professional world with confidence and planning. Attended by inspirational speakers M. Syamsu Rizal (Chairman of BEM ULM 2024) who shared experiences about organizations and the importance of collaborative leadership. As well as Rayda Nurlies Fatiana (Civic Engagement Specialist & Public Affairs Enthusiast) who discussed strategies for building a brilliant career with social sensitivity and strong networks. The activity was officially opened by Mrs. Melisa Prawitasari, M.Pd. (Coordinator of the History Education Study Program) and also attended by Mrs. Sriwati, M.Pd. (Secretary of the History Education Study Program) who also emphasized the study program’s full support for the development of students’ soft skills and leadership. Thank you to the speakers, lecturers, committee members, and all participants for their active participation. May the knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm gained from this activity serve as valuable resources for developing a superior, competitive generation ready to lead change.
