RECTOR'S DECREE ABOUT TUITION FEE FOR NEW STUDENTS (JALUR MANDIRI) AT UNIVERSITAS LAMBUNG MANGKURAT
THESIS RESULTS SEMINAR
- Registration for the thesis results seminar is open at any time (no date restrictions). Students who have received approval from their thesis supervisor are welcome to register through the website https://pspsejarah.ulm.ac.id/, the study program services section, registration for the thesis results seminar & thesis examination.
- After registering for the results seminar online, students are asked to submit three (3) neatly bound copies of their thesis to the study program office.
- The study program manager will appoint the thesis examiners, taking into account the student’s proposal and then prepare a schedule for the thesis results seminar.
- Students who are registered in the thesis results seminar schedule will be added to the WhatsApp group for the thesis results seminar and exam to get information regarding the technical implementation of the results seminar.
- During the thesis seminar, students are required to bring a printout of the minutes of the thesis seminar and submit it to their primary supervisor.
POST-SEMINAR REVISIONS AND THESIS EXAM REGISTRATION
- Students are given a minimum of 5 (five) days to revise their thesis after the thesis seminar and a maximum of 2 (two) months. Students who fail to revise their thesis within this timeframe will receive a verbal warning from the study program administrator and/or require them to retake the thesis seminar exam.
- Theses that have been revised and approved by their supervisor must be tested for similarity (plagiarism detection) using the study program’s Turnitin software before being submitted for registration. The results should be a maximum of 25% for the Introduction, 30% for the Literature Review/Theoretical Review, 25% for the Research Methods, 20% for the Research Results and Discussion, and 20% for the Conclusion. If these requirements are met, the study program manager, through the thesis validation team, will issue a thesis validation certificate.
- Students whose thesis is deemed worthy of examination (as evidenced by the thesis validation certificate) are welcome to register for the thesis examination/defense through https://pspsejarah.ulm.ac.id/, the study program services section, registration for thesis results seminar and defense.
- The study program manager will determine the schedule for the thesis examination/defense. The schedule will be communicated via the WhatsApp group for the Thesis Results Seminar and Defense.
- During the thesis examination/defense, students are required to bring a printout of the thesis defense minutes and submit it to their primary supervisor.
