In an effort to foster a culture of research and innovation among students, Lambung Mangkurat University held a Socialization and Workshop on PKM Proposal Preparation on Monday, May 19, 2025, at the General Building Lecturer Theater in Banjarmasin. Students from various study programs and accompanying lecturers participated, who actively supported the students’ creative process. The socialization provided a comprehensive understanding of the PKM scheme, strategies for writing superior proposals, and the technical requirements for participating in the funding selection process from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
The workshop featured speakers experienced in national-level PKM development, who shared practical tips for generating ideas, developing proposal frameworks, and building strong scientific arguments. Participants also had the opportunity to participate in writing simulations and receive direct feedback from the facilitators. The interactive atmosphere and collaborative spirit characterized this activity, fostering optimism for achieving success in this prestigious academic competition. Through this activity, it is hoped that ULM students will be able to develop their potential and creativity through innovative works that have a real impact on society. In addition, the active role of accompanying lecturers is an important foundation in creating a productive, competitive, and sustainable academic ecosystem.
